JCR Consulting, LLC is committed to mentoring, inspiring, and guiding students to reach their full academic, career, and entrepreneurial potential while making dreams a reality.  We partner with parents/guardians, volunteers, and others in the community to help ensure the success of each student participant.  JCRs community motto is simple, Inspire the world, one youth at a time!

The goals of our programs allow students an opportunity to participate in interactive, fast paced, hands-on activities designed around academic enrichment, social awareness, fine arts, and STEM integration.  Key objectives include teaching youth to develop the knowledge, confidence, and practical leadership skills required to achieve goals and become leaders in school and the community.  

JCR Consulting, LLC offers a suite of academic enrichment and mentoring services through its Future Scholars Enrichment and Mentoring Program. This program improves academics, raises awareness of behavioral and emotional health, and positively changes the course of our youth’s life. 

The Future Scholars Program offers after-school and summer enrichment services infused with an effective mentoring component. Our program improves the lives of students by nurturing minds, bodies, and spirits. The Future Scholars Program offers a safe and structured environment while fostering support to aid student’s in reaching their highest potential.

JCR’s Future Scholars Enrichment and Mentoring Program offers (5) rigorous educational and skill development tracks suited for ages K through 12. These tracks include, but are not limited to Academic Enrichment, Entrepreneurship, Fitness, Fashion, and Music. JCR’s mentors not only provide top-notch academic enrichment, but also have a specialized focus on providing mentoring services for the community. Ourmentors are some of the most distinguished professionals in the state of Maryland who come from diverse industries and hold various titles. These titles range from world-class CEOs to cutting-edge Scientists. 

JCR mentors take pride in serving by generously sharing their time and expertise. Our mentors provide encouragement and guidance to youth as they navigate the crucial transition from elementary, middle, and high school. JCR is committed to implementing the best fit programs which align with your school’s priorities. Together we will develop a healthier, happier, and more productive community.

After just one quarter, students are more goal-oriented and develop a positive outlook on life. Many students envision going to college and building a career.  Grades improve, participation goes up, and more students are empowered.
